Content removal

Anyone. You do not need an account here, you do not need to have bought anything, and you do not need to explain how you found the content.

If you appear in a video on this site and did not agree to it being recorded or published, tell us and we will take it down. You do not have to prove that first.

• Content published without your consent, including content that was recorded with your agreement but published without it, and content where you withdrew your consent.
• Content showing someone under 18. Report this and we will act on it immediately.
• Intimate images shared without permission, whether or not you were the one who recorded them.
• Impersonation or synthetic content that depicts you without your agreement.

For copyright complaints, use our DMCA / copyright process instead. It is a different procedure with different requirements.

Tell us as much of this as you can. A report missing some of it is still worth sending.

• Which content. A link is easiest, but the title, or a description of what is in it, is enough. You are not expected to know any internal identifiers.
• Your relationship to it — for example that you are the person shown.
• How to reach you. An email address is enough. We use it to confirm we received the report and to tell you what we did.
• A statement that your report is made in good faith and that the information in it is accurate.
• Your name, typed as a signature.

Do not send identity documents, and do not attach copies of the content itself. If we need anything further to assess the report we will ask you for it.

We remove first and assess afterwards. A report that is complete on its face gets the content taken down before we investigate whether it is well-founded. We would rather remove something we did not have to than leave up something we should have taken down.

Once we receive a report:

• We record the time it arrived. That timestamp does not change afterwards.
• We aim to have the content off the site within 48 hours, and in practice much sooner. Reports involving someone underage are handled ahead of everything else.
• When content is removed it becomes unavailable to everyone, including people who bought it, and everyone who bought it is refunded in full.
• We confirm to you what we did.

After removal we assess the report. If it is well-founded the content stays down permanently. If it turns out to be unfounded the content may be restored — but the refunds already issued are not reversed.

Because we remove before we assess, this process can be abused. Reports that are knowingly false waste the time of the people they name and take content off the site that had every right to be there.

We keep a record of every report we receive, including the address it came from. We may decline to act on reports from a source that has repeatedly filed false ones, and knowingly false reports may have legal consequences for the person who made them.

We keep reports as a record of what was reported and what we did about it. We keep them even after the matter is closed, because we may need to show that we handled it properly.

We do not publish your report and we do not pass your contact details to the creator of the content. If we are legally required to disclose a report, we will.
