Creator FAQ
Everything we can answer about selling here — the money, the paperwork, the file specs and the rules. If an answer below is missing, it is because it needs a decision we have not made yet, and we would rather leave a gap than guess.
Getting paid5
What you keep, when it moves, and how it reaches you.
- How much of a sale do I keep?
You keep 75% of every sale. The platform takes 25%, and that is the whole fee — there is no listing fee, no upload fee and no monthly charge.
- When do you pay out?
Once a month. On the 1st we close the previous calendar month (UTC) and work out what you are owed.
There is no holding period: a sale made on the last day of the month counts in that month, not the next one. What we close on the 1st is your balance, so nothing is ever left behind.
- Is there a minimum payout?
$50 USD. Below that we do not send a transfer — your balance simply rolls into the next month and keeps growing. Nothing expires and nothing is lost.
- How do you send the money?
Whichever of these you set up in your workspace:
- Crypto — USDT or USDC on TRON (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Polygon; USDC on Base. Works anywhere.
- US bank account via ACH.
- European bank account via SEPA, with an IBAN.
- Do you have subscriptions or tips?
No. Every video is a one-off purchase — buyers pay per title, and there is no subscription, no site-wide pass and no tipping. If that changes it will be announced; today, selling here means selling videos.
Your name and your privacy3
What the site shows, what it never shows, and what you can change later.
- Can I use a stage name?
Yes. You choose a public creator name when you apply, and that is the only name the site ever shows — on your store, on your videos, in search results. Your store's web address is built from it.
Your legal name is never public. We ask for it because verification and payouts require it, and it stays visible only to you and to the people who review applications. The same goes for your contact email.
- What happens to my ID and my 2257 records?
They are encrypted the moment they arrive and stored encrypted. They are never served from a public address, never sent to your browser, and can only be opened inside the part of our system that handles compliance — every time one is opened, it is logged.
Your payout details are encrypted separately, with a different key from your identity documents, so the two never share a fate.
- Can I change my name later?
Your public creator name, yes — from Studio Details in your workspace, whenever you like. Your legal name is locked once your application is approved, because it is the name your verification records were checked against; if it genuinely changes, contact us and we will handle it by hand.
Getting verified3
What we ask for before you can publish, and what happens to it.
- What do I need to sign up?
To be 18 or over, an account on the site — the same one you browse with, there is no second account — and then, in your workspace:
- Your public creator name and your legal name.
- A contact email and a link to a social media or platform profile.
- A government-issued identity document.
- Your signed 2257 record.
Documents can be JPEG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB each. You start the application from Become a creator and finish it in your workspace — you do not have to do it in one sitting.
- How long does review take?
Applications are reviewed by hand, so it depends on the queue rather than on a fixed clock. Your workspace shows the current state of yours the whole way through, and we email you when it moves.
- What if something is wrong with my application?
You get it back with a reason saying what to fix, and you resubmit — a rejection is not the end of the road. Your workspace shows the reason next to the form, with what you already uploaded still in place, so you only redo the part that was wrong.
Everyone in your videos3
The 2257 rules, and what they mean for your cast list.
- Does everyone who appears in my video need to be registered?
Yes, without exception. Every person visible in a video must exist in your cast list before you can submit it, with their stage name, their legal name, their identity document and their signed 2257 record.
Their documents are encrypted exactly like your own and are never shown publicly. The only thing the site ever displays is a co-performer's stage name.
- Do I have to appear in my own videos?
No. But a video cannot have an empty cast: either you tick that you appear in it, or you tag at least one registered co-performer. A video with nobody declared cannot be submitted for review.
- How do I add a co-performer?
From the Performers tab in your workspace, before you upload. There is no approval step for the cast list itself — you add someone with their documents and they are immediately available to tag. Build the list first and the upload will not stall waiting on paperwork.
Uploading your video6
Formats, resolutions and the two extra files every title needs.
- What VR format do you support?
180° side-by-side stereoscopic, and only that. It is what the site serves, what the headset players are told to expect, and what everything in the catalogue is.
Please do not upload 360°, fisheye or any other projection. It will upload and it will play, but it will play wrong — distorted, with no error message to warn anyone. Support for other projections is something we intend to add; until then, this is a requirement rather than a preference.
- Can I sell flat (non-VR) videos too?
Yes. Every upload is either VR or 2D, and you choose which at the start. They sit in their own sections of the catalogue and sell the same way. Flat video has no projection restriction — the 180° rule above is a VR rule.
- What resolution should I upload?
The best master you have. Up to 6K goes straight through; 8K is accepted too, but it needs an extra processing pass on our side, so expect it to take longer before it is ready to submit.
- Do I need a teaser?
Yes — a title cannot be published without one. The teaser is the most public thing you will put on this site: it plays with no login and no purchase, on the catalogue, in the Shorts feed and on your video's page.
Upload your own, up to 120 seconds, or let us cut one automatically from the first 30 seconds of your video. You can replace it later.
- What about the thumbnail?
Upload your own — JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB — or pick the frame we grab from your video automatically. It can be changed after publishing. It is the single thing that decides whether anyone clicks your title, so it is worth making rather than picking.
- Is there a frame rate or codec requirement?
Nothing is rejected for its frame rate, and we re-encode for streaming ourselves, so you do not need to match a codec. Shoot at the highest frame rate you comfortably can: in a headset, smoothness is felt more than resolution is.
Review and publishing4
Who looks at your video, and what you can change afterwards.
- Is every video reviewed?
Yes, by a person, every time. Nothing goes live automatically. The reviewer also assigns the categories your video is listed under. If something is wrong you get it back with a reason and can fix and resubmit.
- When does my video go live after approval?
Approval and publication are separate steps, and the second one is yours:
- As soon as it is approved — it goes live the moment review clears.
- On a date you pick — it waits and publishes itself then.
- When you say so — it sits approved until you publish it yourself.
You choose per video, while you are uploading.
- What can I change after a video is published?
Its thumbnail and its teaser — both go back through review, and the current ones keep serving until the new ones are approved, so nothing goes blank in the meantime. The video file itself and the cast are fixed: a published title is a thing people bought, and swapping what is inside it is not an edit.
- Can I delete a published video?
Yes, from your workspace, and it is permanent — the files are purged and cannot be recovered. You would have to upload it again from scratch.
One limit: you cannot delete while you have 2 or fewer published videos, because dropping below that would take your whole store off the catalogue. To replace a title in that situation, upload the new one first.
People who already bought it keep their downloads. Deleting stops new sales; it does not reach into what someone already paid for.
Content rules and your rights3
What is not negotiable, what gets a title removed, and what stays yours.
- What is absolutely not allowed?
Two rules about the people in your video, and neither has an exception:
- Nobody under 18. Everyone visible in a video must have a verified identity document on file.
- Nobody who has not consented. Everyone visible in a video must have a signed 2257 record on file, and it must be theirs.
Then there is the content itself. These themes are banned outright — whether they are real or acted, and in the title and description as much as on screen:
- Minors, or adults presented as minors. Age play, and any framing built on someone being a teenager, a child or underage.
- Non-consent. Rape, force or coercion, and anyone drugged, asleep or otherwise unable to consent — including as a scenario.
- Animals. Bestiality and zoophilia of any kind.
- Death. Corpses, necrophilia, killing.
- Breath restriction. Choking, strangulation, asphyxiation, suffocation.
- Blood and injury. Cutting and mutilation.
- Suicide and self-harm.
The people rules are enforced structurally — you cannot submit a video whose cast is not complete and documented. The themes are enforced two ways: a list of blocked words your title and description are checked against, and a reviewer who reads every title before it goes live and can reject it with a reason. If you hit a blocked word, the error names it.
- What happens if someone says they did not consent to a video?
We take the title down first and look into it afterwards, and every purchase of it is refunded in full. If the report turns out to be unfounded the title can come back. This is the one situation where a video disappears without warning, and it is deliberate — see Content removal.
- Who owns the videos I upload?
You do. Selling here is selling licences to watch and keep a copy — buyers get a personal, non-transferable licence and no ownership at all. We do not acquire your copyright, and we do not use your content anywhere except to sell it on this site.
Your store and getting help3
Why a store shows up, what you can see, and how to reach a human.
- Why is my store not showing up in the catalogue?
A store appears once it is actually a store. All of these have to be true, and your workspace overview shows exactly which one is missing:
- Your application is approved.
- You have a store image and a description.
- You have at least 2 published videos.
- You have a payout method on file.
Your published videos are findable on their own before that — it is the storefront listing that waits.
- What can I see about my sales?
Your recent sales and your earnings — this month, your pending balance, and the history of every payout with what was sent and where. Audience analytics such as views and traffic sources are not available yet; the Statistics tab is still being built and says so.
- How do I get help?
Open a request from the Support tab in your workspace. It is a private thread between you and our team, it keeps its history, and it is the right channel for anything about your account, a payout or a review decision. For anything before you have an account, use Contact.
